The project proposes the refurbishment of the ground-floor premises at 3–5 Avió Plus Ultra street, in the historic centre of Sarrià, Barcelona, converting their use from a garage into professional offices. The intervention maintains the existing building volume and preserves its distinctive architectural features, particularly the original timber roof trusses.
