La Marina del Prat Vermell, Housing complex

Amid party walls, urban sprawl, and minimal impact, the project revolves around two main concepts. At the urban scale, the site is hollowed out above and below ground, connecting the new space with the planned park to the northeast. At the architectural scale, it articulates different regulatory heights with formal coherence, fragmenting façades to create permeability and ensuring each unit opens onto two façades. This system allows flexible bay layouts by grouping residential units of varying depth according to their typology.
